Refund Policy
Windham Tech Refund Policy
You are welcome to return any product within a 15 day window. This only extends to services and products that are purchased from the store and not considered a service, unless it's a PC Build.
Retail Refund Policy
Items that are purchased in the retail section of the store can be returned in the condition it was purchased in within 30 days of purchase. If the item is damaged, used, or the packaging is opened, it cannot be returned. Items that have been opened that are accepted will require a 25% restocking fee. Items that are returned unopened will only have a 15% restocking fee.
PC, Phone, and Tablet Repair Service Refund Policy
If there is an issue with the device after the repair and the issue is on the technician's side, a replacement or full refund may be issued. Windham Tech will fix the issue caused on our end for no additional cost. If the issue with the device is on the customer's end, no refund will be issued.
Custom PC Build Refund Policy
Custom PC Builds refers to computers built in the shop. This includes everyday computers, business desktops, gaming PCs, and servers. The price of the builds include parts and labor. A 25% restocking fee will be required for all builds refunded if the computer is returned within a 15 day period. Otherwise, no refund can be issued. If there are issues with the computer, we will fix it for no additional cost.
