Warranties that are considered valid are only valid for up to one year from the date signed. No additional time may be added without additional payment. Payment may fluctuate to adjust to market trends. A warranty is only considered valid  for up to one year from the date signed only if the following conditions are met:

• Customer Name MUST be your legal name, and must be the name on the device the warranty is for

• The Device Name must be descriptive of the devide itself. For example: "iPad (8th Generation) Rose Gold, Black Screen (A2428)"

• The Serial Number (usually found in the about section in device settings) MUST match the device it belongs to

• The Date of repair is the official date the device is signed in at indham Tech (not the date the work begins on the device. This is to protect your device from the date of submission on)

• The service performed MUST be descriptive of the type of work that is performed on the device and must include anything desired for the repair. Anything not included is not under warranty

 

Severability

 

If any new work is started, the new warranty will override the previous warranty. The responsibility of the device's repair is up to the user (you). Refunds will only be issued for severe damage to the device in question at no fault of the customer. If the device is under warranty, the warranty MUST state what is valid under its conditions. If customer is unreasonable, the warranty becomes null and void anmd is subject to further repair services. If the user (you) use any other repair services other than Windham Tech during the duration of the period the device is under warranty, this will void your warranty with Windham Tech and all further repairs will be without warranty for the lifetime of the device and customer.
